Is behumax.com Safe?

Behumax - a shameful technical support!!! Behumax is a Spanish company based in Badajoz that sells fitness items. I purchased a treadmill from Behumax website and I am completely disappointed with their customer support! The purchase started off badly, as after payment I had no proof of purchase, as the website did not allow new customers to register. I contacted SAC via WhatsApp and they confirmed the purchase... Then they sent the order, but they didn't send any invoice. I had to contact them again to send me the invoice. The biggest nightmare came later... I had a problem with the digital display and needed to activate the warranty! I contacted customer support and they said there was nothing they could do as I would have to contact technical support. So I did, but this tech support seems not interested in solving customers' problems. They take forever to respond to emails... some emails don't even respond! When they finally decided that the digital display would need to be replaced, they said that they would send a new display by courier and that, when I received it, I would return the damaged one. Because they did everything the other way around... they didn't send the new digital display but sent a carrier to collect the old display!!! I contacted them again and they admitted the error, but they have been trying to send the new display for two weeks, but they haven't! I try to contact them by email, but they don't respond!!! And with that, I've been unable to enjoy my purchase for almost a month! If you think about buying something from Behumax, think twice, because it is guaranteed that if you have any problems, they will not solve it! Buy somewhere else!!!
