Great site and great customer service. I have been using Direct TV for many years and never have had a problem. If I need to call in the representatives are very helpful. Only place to offer NFL Sunday ticket.

Misleading advertising, dishonest sales staff, hidden fees, combined to make an overall "creepy" experience for me. Read your new Customer Agreement. Don't give up your rights to make a claim in REAL courts. Decent, if not overpriced service that hides behind the very smallest print you can imagine. Unless you're prepared to pay $480 to cancel the service, don't bother. Customer Service personnel are incompetent and unaware of the contract guidelines of their own company.
