Is durise.com Safe?

No longer the spamvertized pornographic hook-up site that previously resided at durise.com. I'm not qualified to evaluate the legitimacy of "crowd funding" real estate investments in Dubai but it does sound dubious. No longer see it as a serious threat, however, so have updated my rating.
