UPDATE: I've made three purchases from this online retailer. The merchandise is slow to ship and I had to call to confirm the order and shipping status for two of the purchases. The third purchase (a color ring) was shipped promptly and without issues. Be aware of potential slow shipping and you might have to call to confirm shipment. Purchased several beauty items from this company. The company shipped the first part of the order quickly while the second half of the order was a bit slow to ship. The second shipment was shipped promptly after I sent an email asking if the full order had been shipped. The service representative was less than helpful when I called to ask question about selecting the right color. He was helpful and clear when describing the company's shipping and return policies. I will give this company another try and will update this review after I do business with them again.
