Programs donloaded redirect home page, install malware/Adware/PUP like Ask toolbar, etc. Malwarebytes and Trend Micro says all downloaded programs as malware.

Warning, some downloads include adware (such spyware toolbar or hidden) on occasions some malicious programs such as rogue websites software, and advertising links to malicious websites, besides tracking cookies. Use caution when downloading from this website!

This is an excellent program, but the latest update came with the option of installing the Ask Toolbar, which I opted out of, it installed anyway. Very disappointing, considering they've cleaned up their act in the last couple of years.

Great software. No virus. Ask toolbar is an optional install. But it does install another advertising toolbar without consent.
