commande incomplète, transporteur défaillant, numéro SAV payant... Edit : Au final : le SAV est efficace. Article maquant envoyé et article indisponible remboursé. Le tout dans un delai très raisonnable. Cependant je rejoins qaund même phil63840 sur "Attention à la véracité du stock indiqué". Et le choix du transporteur me laisse toujours perplexe. Mea-culpa pour le numéro de SAV payant... un "gratuit" (non surtaxé) est disponible sur la facture.
