A month ago I had the same 2 turns into 4 experience. Called and the customer service rep. efficiently canceled the order and gave instructions for placing one order for 2. You may not like having to buy a pair, but even with the extra shipping they are half the price of anything comparable. Went back today to order more as presents and they have UPDATED THE SITE MAKING IT CLEAR THAT ONE ORDER IS A PAIR. They are responding to customer feedback which is the right thing to do.

After filling out the ordering information for two pillows, I was taken to an order summary page where there was a mathematical error resulting in a substantial overcharge. I could not go back to the previous page as the browser was prevented from returning to previous pages. There is no way to review the order before it's placed which is very unlike other on-line vendors. I will have to try to cancel the order by phone or via the credit card.
