I use this website as a recruiter to find candidates.
I'm quite happy with the service it delivers, many profiles are there and it is totally free (but with limited access).
Perfect for small companies with low recruitment budget.
I haven't tried the paid subscriptions yet.
Helpful
Various job offers, and possibility to chat with the recruiters. This website helps me for looking for a new job. Note that most of the offers come from Belgium.
