My card was charged after I cancelled the service. One support representative assured me that my account was cancelled, but I received an email from another representative who said I needed to call their international office in order to cancel. It was amidst this confusion that my card was charged. They eventually refunded the charge, but I got a new credit card just in case they make another mistake.

Refused to make a refund but deleted the account in spite that it was paid for 3 future weeks.

If you uninstall it, Livedrive leaves something that tries to install it again when you boot up your computer.
