This site is run by Comodo, a highly reputable and ethical security software provider. The deal it is offering here is very good value for money - annual computer maintenance for $50! I understand they achieve this by using tech support people in China and elsewhere. I cannot speak from direct experience of the quality of this specific service, but I do know from personal experience that Comodo employs intelligent and able staff in such roles. To counter mistaken reports I know for certain that Comodo is not a spammer, nor does it use scareware. I know this because I am a volunteer moderator for Comodo. I am not paid, nor do I have any other commercial interest in, or relationship with the company.

While Comodo has very good software, as a rule, we puchased livesupport which we canceled the day we purchased due to a run problem. Our charge was not refunded and we had to enter a dispute with our Credit Card company. Very poor customer service, should you ever need it.
