Great for online watching - not used its other services though. And Cheap.

They never send the films at the top of this list. Especially new releases.
A lot of films are not available to rent due to the fact that they had a disagreement with Universal Pictures.
Their streaming service is ok but films seem old.

Signed up for unlimited trial for online streaming as its the only one in the UK available it seems. Video quality is poor for a subscription service and the cancellation i undertook shortly after my first attempt to watch a movie needed a call to their customer support centre.I have to pay to quit. awful

Mostly good for the past 2 years. Quite quick at replacing the occasional faulty DVD.

WHAT FREE TRIAL. Charged my account when i canceled during trial, they sent me first dvd 5 days later so i canceled because i knew i wouldnt get my next one back on time so i didnt order yet they charged me, i cant see a phone number for them. Please be careful!
