Is mynamenecklace.com Safe?

I ordered a necklace 3 weeks ago that I have yet to hear anything about. Which is funny, since I paid extra for quicker shipping. Of course Valentine's day has come and went and there's still no sign of a respectable person behind "my name necklace". I mean, I sent 3 emails to the customer service email on their site, and all 3 have been completely ignored. The first email was even sent when I ordered the item to ask a simple question - 3 weeks ago. Long story short, this business's customer service is terrible as they do not seem to respond... is anybody even running the site? Well yeah, there's probably a shady person there to just grab whatever money you're unfortunate enough to give them. For all I know I may have been scammed out of my money... How am I to know when I get zero responses after 3 weeks of waiting? What else am I supposed to think? This is not how a business should make a customer feel.

Excellent customer service, each of my three purchases on the site were followed through. Customer service representatives promptly answered all my questions, and even the shipping service was pretty fast. Did not have any problems with buying there at all, and if the need arises would buy again from the site in the future.
