Terrible problem solving, terrible customer service. They read from a script and cannot deviate. Good luck and i would never recommend using this service.

I got one as a gift. It's EXTREMELY expensive. I had an unused balance of about $300 when I last used it. I didn't know they take out $3 every month (on your money.) I just checked my balance and found it's now $130. So, let's say you have $100 balance. What you'll have at the end of the year is about $64. I mean, that's on YOUR money. Criminal is way too kind of word for myprepaidbalance.com.

They do not seem like a scam to me; it seems like the business is still incredibly inept. I need a new card with my name on it after 3 deposits or I cannot deposit again, and I have asked FOUR TIMES for this card, and they just cannot deliver it. I have talked to my bank and the managers at prepaid, and they claim this has not happened before. I have read every letter of my address and heard them repeat it, and I have tried my parents address. No luck. Delivery the f'ing card. How the hell can they not send me a freaking envelope with my card????????????????? Obviously I need a new prepaid card, and this business with my the very LAST on my list to get one.
