Malware alert for the site. Also, they illegally distributing minecraft mods with out authors consent.

I wouldn't trust downloading from here the links seem to just lead to ads (except for the forge link)

Upon entering it prompted me to disable my adblock. Upon doing so it immediately flooded my window with noisy ads and popups, which is already disheartening. It also claims to have versions of mods that don't exist, or are otherwise not updated yet.

Requests for you to disable adblock. When you do, it's clear there are a bunch of ads that show up, which trying to close causes a pop-up. I don't think it's the actual Rei Minimap mod, because it's not being updated for ***** This means it could possibly put malware/spyware on your computer. I wouldn't trust it, use at your own risk.
