Is systweak.cleverbridge.com Safe?

They were quick to take my money but couldn't get there program to work then told me I would have to wait 2 weeks to get it back. Should be changing interest while they keep my money as none of the ones could speak English and when they called me back he also claimed that this was a microsoft company. I am writing a letter to microsoft and asking them if this is a legit company of theirs. I do not believe them at all and the children on the phone could not get the program to run and had diffeculty getting or understanding anything I was talking about. I will wait to see if my money will come back to my acct. Bad and will never use them again. I had to have atech scrub my computer as she had me download somethings several things again and againl What a mess. But it is fixed now.
