The only reason for them to do that would be if they were making money from the personal information that a CV contains. See http://recruiters.ukstaffsearch.com/affiliates The deal is set out in http://www.ukstaffsearch.com/candidates/terms : "we collect your personal details (and) will pass them to ... 3rd parties who may .. sell them to other organizations for marketing purposes". So this job site is at least as much about trading in your personal information as it is about displaying job vacancies. It might be useful to do a comparison with the small print on other agency websites and see whether they all do the same.
