I have given this website zero as a rating for the following reasons: The is no verification of sellers and scammers are starting to abuse Woza Online impersonating real businesses or even creating totally fictitious entities. There is an unwillingness/inability from Google, the DTI or Vodacom to address the issue. Google manages the web services and expects a court order for each fraudulent sub-domain to be taken down, or an impersonated business owner to jump their hoops. The South African Department of Trade and Industry does not know how to deal with the issue. Phone calls to them resulted in referring the issue to SEDA, a agency of the DTI. SEDA denied any knowledge of the website. In turn emails resulted in the DTI supplying non-existent email addresses, a follow up resulted in already investigated issues being referred back to the the authorities. It's a total mess. Vodacom has been silent on the issue. Refer https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!category-topic/google-business-sitebuilder/feedback-and-suggestions/ZoJy4ORU0hg This free service is not even willing to enforce their own AUP/ToS. Despite this being for South African businesses, they are not subservient to South African law, rather English law: http://www.wozaonline.co.za/terms (bottom of page) Buyer beware! Refer: ***** This bears out what I have been saying.
