Is youmail.com Safe?

Have you read their privacy statement? Basically, there is little guarantee of the privacy of your information.. An OUTSIDE provider sends you their texts messages, something better done in house. Plus I already have 2 answering machines, 1 in each phone and the voicemail of Vonage. Who in the world needs another. Add to that the cell phone number, I have 4.

I like getting messages where I can have them saved and play them over again. This would be a grate service for those with a disability that need more time to go through the messages. I love it but only put a good song that everyone would like. If kids use this have someone with them.

This is a great company.  I've used them for years and now, literally, have over 1,000 saved voice mails.  When people call my cell, it forwards to this system.  Then, it texts and e-mails me.  This costs a couple bucks a month.  If you want to pay more, they'll do their best to transcribe these e-mails and send a text message, but I don't think the transcriptions are excellent. I'd rather hear the message, and I can now get it from my cell, my desktop, laptop or tablet.  It's worth it.
