BEWARE! Money back not true. I bought to unlock a used IPad seeing their money back promise. After applying Aieesoft software with nothing happening I contacted them only to be informed nothing could be done and my money would not be returned. Avoid this company with their false claims.

The software doesn't do what it claims When you ask them for refund they start paying games First they ignore you for a week Then they try to ask you questions ignoring your request for refund which they claim they will do in 30 days after purchase I asked the refund lesss than 24 hours after purchase and 2 weeks after they still playing games with me Very unreliable

The product did not work as advertised, it did not do what it was intended to do, and if you ask for a refund… they wait until the product have expired and decline a refund. Even if you sent an email during the period when the product key is still active. I would highly suggest you stay clear from this company, and that you choose another company instead. I wish I would have read the review before buying anything from this company, and I suggest you read through the comments yourself. It is not a coincidence that the have less than 2 stars. Also, the service is not up too standard. Sad

Awful. They advertise a 30-day money back guarantee under the purchase button with no terms and conditions attached or pointed to. Guess what? When you go to ask for your money back under their GUARANTEE, they don’t give you your money back. They send you a fantastically detailed work of literature detailing all the many reasons they can’t give you your money back and the one or two that you can get your money back for. False advertising and mis-selling at its finest. Don’t trust these people. Don’t worry too much though, if you have any issues you get one reply from their customer service department every 24hours, excluding weekends, so it’s fair to say they’re attentive…

Misleading product description and horrible customer service. Aiseesoft advertises that their "iPhone unlocker" can help with changing the apple ID of an iPhone with lost password and to activate it. But 2 paragraphs they state the opposite, that the software can't be used on unactivated iPhones. But the first paragraph is very prominent and the second sentence is in smaller print and hidden away in a 5 bullets list (last entry). When one uses the software for "wiping" the passcode, it loads a brand new iOS firmware on the phone and thereby deactivates it. It then can't continue to do anything helpful. This is absolutely misleading and the software doesn't properly warn about this either. I was naive enough to purchase the software, since Aiseesoft "offered" a 30-Day-Money-Back-Guarantee. This has to be put in big air quotes. The customer "service" was just brushing me off with pointing out, that it would have stated, that it can't be used on unactivated phones. The software itself creates the situation that it can't help anymore. Well played. I hope that my PayPal complaint goes through and I get my money back. Stay away from this borderline fraudulent company and safe yourself a bunch of troubles....

Faulty Product and No Returns I made the mistake of relying on Aiseesoft's advertisement that its product restores recently lost data. The product did NOT work at all. After 2 weeks of emails back and forth with the so-called "tech support," there was no change. Requests for refund were ignored. A lot of apolgies for faulty product, but no working software, no refund. Beware.

WOT is NOT a place to report that a site is a possible source of SPAMS aimed elsewhere, but, instead, WOT is to rate the SITE itself, and it's contents. I have found AISeeSoft (RayShare Co,.Ltd.) to be stereotypical in it's web layout and in it's offering of software and program utilities. I have found the application downloadable software to be exactly as promised, exactly like the competition, all apparently sharing each other's open-source code. I like the products, but obtain them free via various free daily give away sites (web search and you'll find them). I've purchased several very good video related programs from these guys over the last few years. Never any problems or spam as a result. Tech support has always been polite and helpful. Hard to believe some of the bad experiences others have mentioned but all good for me.
