Duotrope's Digest provides market information and updates for authors of all genres of fiction as well as authors of poetry. You can search their massive database to find magazines and book publishers. After you find a potential publisher, look them up on a site like AbsoluteWrite or Preditors and Editors before submitting just in case there are any recent issues with contracts, etc.
