They get lots of information, then say it is free with credit card information which they will start to bill 1 day later. Impossible to get a hold of someone to stop the charges. Will not stop charges when you call.

It lures people claiming to be free but asks to cerate an account once you try to save your file. After you create an account, it still doesn't let you save your work but asks to provide your credit card details first to force you into buying a plan!

Got three e-mails thanking me for signing up. I didn't sign up , Ive never heard of them. The said they charged my credit card and to click on a link to see what the charge was for. Very suspicious.

All these negative comments. So sad! Guys, I made my documents with absolutely no issues. Yes, they do take payment info. Yes they do charge $1 that disappears like most companies do to make sure you're legit. And if you call to cancel you won't get charged. I didn't. It was easy and ended up being free. Busj mess friend also used them forgot to cancel and got her money back. It shows what you're getting into when you sign up for trial. Not rocket science.

They have you fill out forms and then when they are done they charge you rather than telling you that you will have to pay in the beginning. So you basically waste a tone of your time and give them your credit card information while you are at it.

my choice was after I filled out a document completely on another site was to either pay this site $59 to see and print that document or go with 7 day free trail. I chose trail in order to get document free. But if I don't cancel within 7 days they will charge me $39. To bad it's a card with a Dollar left on it. I went to cancel a couple hours latter but instead of canceling at end of free trial they will cancel you immediately and I need a couple more forms. This is howthey get most people sucker1ing them in with free and not emailing you your trail will expire before it's over. O well I'm not worried even if I forget to cancel. I used fake name and a cloaked blur master card with almost no money on it!
