Fake IT Support scam. App tool is a fake (Trojan/Win32.BTSGeneric - Riskware/MyFasterPC - Adware) used as scareware to trick users into paying for support that they don't need.

The software offered on this website is a fake-issue-finder PUP/adware that tries to convince uninformed users to call the number on the UI. The phone number will change, but it leads to a fake tech support scam known as "MyPhoneSupport"

When will people stop making scam software and find honest jobs? Folks, there is no magic fairy dust application to make computers faster, just good common sense. You would do better taking it to an good computer shop.

"Borrows" (steals) copyrighted free Windows Repair software from ***** to fix your PC errors, and charges $300 to do this.
Just go to Tweaking.com, download the software and run it yourself for free. Don't pay these scammers.
Do not provide any personal or financial data.

myfasterpc.com is a rip off. They use copyright protected free software but charge a large fee by distributing it.

Both SiteAdvisor and Wot have been targets of bogus reviews mainly from people who have registered and only given the one review.

Check out their end-user license: myfasterpc.com/terms.asp - especially Backup Responsibility" and "No Performance Warranty".

Their ads are very annoying, also the badges like microsoft partner, or tucows 5 out of 5 cows do not prove anything, there is no way to easily find the information about the verification.

Not malicious but a scam!

This software is great. I have been looking for a good utility and tested about 10 different ones. I put some reviews of others but this one actually helped and had a cool startup item feature. No idea why there are negative comments. I actually contacted them to ask about some of my startup items and they walked me through each one. I would recommend their software and products. Also, i had used their free flash cookie software. You can see how many people like it on CNET
