DO NOT LOSS YOUR MONEY, THEY ARE LOOTING We bought servers and ips with serverhub,they delivered after 1 week from order date(but they promised for next 24 hour delivery, when we order). The given ips were blocked in major email service providers network, so we requested for good ips, they changed few times with bad ips(responding after 3 days from request time), Finally when they swapped good ips,during this, its almost over a month and next invoice was generated for that ips and server, Truly we were not able to use the server and ips in these swapping period. Now they were asking for the renewal payment on that server and ips and suspeneded the services. How can we pay for unused/inaccessible service ?, we request support on billing team, Someone asked to pay atleast for server renewal, so we paid for the server, The next day someone from billing asked for ip renewal payment, we explained everything from the starting, But he was not ready to understand, and told, if we not pay, the ips will be suspened, We worried , and argued for this unethical claim, we asked refund for this order and renewal payment on server, But they didn't replied after that, and suspeded our service, Please beware of serverhub, and please do not loss your money and time,
