I've been with WestHost for 4 years and their service and reliability has always been very good for me and my e-commerce company. They have been instrumental for our good success. 24h/7/365 no fuss chat and phone support, VDS accounts, fair prices. I would love for them to handle also the marketing part of the business and base a host farm here in Europe to decrease the average latency, but other than that I can't complain.
