unprofessional site.i am VERY dissapointed. i purchase a good deal on black monday 2023(some gardening tool) the item is ALWAYS AVAILABLE on their website with imediate send possibility,so i was curious when 1,5 month gone by and i still have not reseived my order. i check with the support chat and they tell me that the item that i ordered is not available in the price that i ordered it!! If i want it,i had to refund and the purchase it again,in the now (higher) price!!!.So they just didnt want to send the item in the lower price that i purchased it!!. i asked for a refund of course because i bought the gardening tool 70 euro and now they want 130 for the very same item!!!the refund took about a 10 day period and my bank kept money for the transaction,about 8 euro... i will never again buy from bangood in all my life,because the treat the customer like crap.

They sell to EU without respecting the EU 2-year warranty law. They do workarounds to avoid EU law, for example they say that the 2 years warranty is only on the plugs of a certain product, but not on the whole product. I have a got defective item, which didn´t work after six months, and they said that this was the normal life span of the item. Anther, stopped working after one year, and they did the same procedure of avoiding warranty service.

They publish some items with rendered images that show fake images of the products. Also negative reviews of this products does not get published with no accces to put the review. horrible stock count made me wait for more than 5 months and bad customer support i tried to change my order but they said that all the things i could change it to also were out of stock was promised by customer support that they would have it withing 2 weeks but only heard of them a month later that my order got cancled

I bought a wireless earphones BW FYE-4 and they came with defect. Since I opened the box they didn’t work. I complained by email and the response was very quick asking me to make a video showing the problem. The staff is very friendly and answered all my emails quickly. The earphones were promptly replaced for new ones that worked perfectly. Although the product has arrived defective I’m pleased with the site because the problem was solved quickly.
