Ist ecosia.org sicher?

Very good search engine, which plants trees with the money of your search results. I think its a very good idea and support this. Search results are almost as good as the results from google. In a few cases i didnt get the right result for my search but to be fair it was something not commonly. I can recommend this Site :D

Unique Idea, non-profit company that helps to make the planet green. You can plant trees by searching the web via Ecosia. They use the profit made from your searches by planting trees. It takes 1-2 search to plant a tree (Varies in different countries) Nice, keep the good works :)

Ecosia is a browser that is similar to Google, however it uses its ad money to plant trees. It runs on Bing tho, which is not 100% carbon neutral. Probably does not matter though. The website itself is 100% safe, but like all search engines you can find some.... interesting things. The only reason i rate it 4/5 is because you can get viruses, and find pornographic content. However, this is the same for all browsers.

In my opinion Ecosia is the best search engine. It respects privacy, is made in the EU (Germany) and they plant trees with their income. You can find transparent insights about their tree planting projects and their income on the website. Ecosia is also a verfied B-Corp company.
