Can't even get through to get a Return Authorization to get a refund for even a portion of what this product has cost us. The phone number they give to call to get the Return Authorization is a 973 number, Newark New Jersey and that is NOT a toll free number. Rip Off Again. I have phoned repeatedly to try to get the Return Authorization that the email tells me is required to get a refund and their phone system goes on for a couple of minutes telling you how much you'll love your Genie Bra and to wait for the next available operator or press 2 and enter your phone number for a 'call back' then tells you to continue to hold for the next available operator and then it defaults to busy signals and a recording tells you all circuits are busy and try again later - and the recorded wait time message is even longer on the next call that ends up at the same busy signal/circuits busy recording. It just keeps going around in a useless circle of recorded messages ending up at 'circuits busy'. All this time has been running up my phone bill. Without the Return Authorization there is no way to get a refund for even a portion of what this has cost us. This company is a total RIP OFF. Designed to get your money and keep it no matter how poor the quality of this product - which might as well be cheese cloth for all the support it offers. See below for the additional costs they add after your order is 'complete'. They provide absolutely NO SUPPORT at all, The band folded several times and the support was so poor my breasts hid the front band completely - I would not even use them to sleep in. Even if I get a refund of the actual purchase price I will be out of pocket for all their added-on costs in getting them here. I would have been okay with the costs IF the bras had performed AS Advertised and as shown on TV but they did not even come close - The DD models on TV must have been wearing some kind of supportive bra under the Genie Bra. Total garbage.

I ordered these bras on 3/31 and still have not received them (as of 5/24/11). After reading tons of reviews about how flimsy they are and the shipping rip-off and bad customer service, I wanted to cancel my order. I got really lucky because the credit card I used had expired before they ever got around to using it. When I tracked my order today (5/25/11) they rejected my order. Don't use this company. These bras should have shipped in 2-3 weeks, so even if I liked them, 8 weeks would be ridiculous.
