I used the SysTools one of the best software i.e. DBX to PST Converter to export Outlook Express DBX files to Outlook PST. I personally used the software and found it quite useful and authentic. I don't have any issues with the software. The support staff guys are very technical and polite.

I don't know why this website has a bad rating(as of this writing.) I have used the free tools with no issue. None have installed extra software. The only thing about this site that puts me off is the bad English. It looks like it was put through an automated translator.

The software is reliable and performs exactly as specified in the documentation. I've also found that they will usually have a beta version available that may solve compatibility issues with the latest releases of the products from Microsoft which tells me they are highly diligent in the maintenance of the products.
