One of the worst delivery services! I paid $124.40 for shipping and never received the package. Also often Simply terrible service, they charged an additional fee despite the fact that they had already paid a lot for delivery. It’s also a terrible bureaucratic procedure; you have to fill out a bunch of unnecessary paperwork that isn’t necessary with other services or with regular mail. Parcels with this service also take an awfully long time to clear customs with express delivery costing more than $100 and even longer deliver than in other cheaper services or even regular mail. They constantly deceive clients and always force them to pay unnecessary and extra commissions. In general, I do not recommend this service! Even cheaper services or simple mail are many times better in my many years of experience!

They used to be pretty good, but now they have deteriorated a lot. Many problems with delivery. It's unclear how they ship, what happens with insurance, and the prices for services are unjustified.

*UPS FINLAND* WRONG SMS INFORMATION AND DELIVERY AT 12km, IN ANOTHER MUNICIPALITY I have spent half day going to the address mentioned in the sms I received and then to another shop with the same name. My package was not there. Now I see on the webpage that my package is in Espoo, which is 12 km from where I live and in another Municipality. UPS is full of errors: I have never received packages from any postal service, including UPS, more than 1km away from my place. PACKAGES RETURNING TO THE SENDER WITHOUT NOTIFY THE RECEIVER Last week I checked online to see where my parcel was, the information showed: in the warehouse. So I waited. After one week, I didn't get any notification, and suddenly the parcel is going back to the sender. I called UPS, they told me that they could not delivery it and now is going back to the sender. AMAZON SHOULD CHOSE ANOTHER PROVIDED Amazon notified me the following: ¨Unfortunately, UPS couldn't complete your delivery and is holding it for you to pick up. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.¨ Could I know where I should pick up my parcel? There are unprecise information in the tracking and it shows that it attempted to deliver the item while it´s not true, I didn´t get any notification of attempted delivery. The whole UPS system is not well organized. LOSING ITEMS AND MESSY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM They have lost one of my parcels and they are even messing up with notifications: I first get a notification for an item which they lost, and after a week I get another notification telling me that that item was in the dispatch center and I was supposed to go and pick it up. This happened several times now. NOTIFICATIONS WITHOUT PICK UP POINT I get notifications that my parcel is arrived at the pick up point, but it does not say where it is. WEBSITE WITH ERRORS I get errors on the website, when adding an email for notifications for example. Also the login is not really straightforward and it´s buggy.

Very bad customer service. Very bad website. The chatbot give direction that do not exist on the website. Very frustrating.

UPS France : They returned the package to the expediter WITHOUT notifying me. If you try to call them, the automatic voice is useless, you have to use your voice to give the numbers of tracking which is horribly annoying, and when it tells you that it's redirecting you to an agent, it hang off the call instead. No excuse from their part after I reached them, worst service I've saw concerning delivery.

какие-то неразумные пошлины в 1100 за подачу таможенной декларации и еще 500 рублей комиссия, что в несколько раз дороже чем услуги Почты России. При этом почта России доставляет в любой время, а UPS только в рабочее время в рабочие дни, что крайне неудобно. И получается что посылка с почты приходит быстрее. Раньше UPS считался некой маркой качества, но не сейчас и не в России

The service is fine, but the website is far from friendly. For instance, one has to setup another account to manage payments. Why not having a single account like other shipment companies do?.. It seems like they mixed several services without proper integration.

Nie wiem czemu zachwyt nad tą firmą > Ja jestem rozczarowany nią zwłaszcza kurierami. Nie mamy obowiązku dzwonić do klientów to na co oni kurwa są. Jedynie na plus jest obsługa powiedzą nie więcej kiedy wyjść po paczkę ( moim przypadku czekałem 1,5 godziny jak łaskawie wielmożny kurier łaskawie raczył przyjechać. Nie normalnie noz się otwiera. Banda buców a nie kurierów.

Questo sito promette la assicurata, io dalla italia ho spedito in Canada, non solo il pacco con un valore di euro 65 non è mai arrivato al destinatario, per di più oltre a non avermi effettuato il rimborso del valore, mi hanno restituito tramite il corriere ups un solo dwd dei 4 spediti e rotto, anzichè 4 dwd integri e non mi hanno nemmeno rimborsato i costi di spedizione, ho preso pure un virus per accedere su uno spazio da loro consigliato.

This is an ok site (tracking could be more convenient, user friendly and have better notification options). However it is trustworthy and dependable. No intrusive advertisements and child safety is not an issue at all.

They're just an OK service compared to something like fedex, but yes, they're reputable and you can trust them to deliver what you need delivered.

Probably the worst of the big three, Fed Ex, TNT, and UPS.UPS is totally different depending on country, no common way of  working or quality guarantees
