I purchased $2 subscriptions thinking it would extend my current subscriptions by a year. It just added a year from now. I cancelled those subscriptions planning to re-subscribe after my current ones end. Was expecting a refund due to Blue Dolphins 100% satisfaction guarantee, but was told in an email that guarantee doesn't apply to the $2 subscriptions. So I am out $6.

The company is untrustworthy. I ordered a few magazines from them on another site for $2 each. Some of the magazines were partial subscriptions and others were 6 month subscriptions. There was no indication that I would be charged the retail $ after they expired. Thankfully my credit card expired before they could charge me. Shady company!

Somehow manage to sign up someone who afaik had nothing to do with them; and when she went to cancel there was no way to.

Blue Dolphin has a truly enormous selection of both national and local magazines, but their prices are ridiculously high.
