Is dnn506yrbagrg.cloudfront.net Safe?

Isn't running half your website from your known-good domain, YET half from some random cloudfront or cloudflare server, DISHONEST? Since you expect it to be the original domain instead? I mean, it could be anyone running code on your machine, not the original domain... but since most people never pay attention, ignorance-encouraging website 'designers' keep making sites work like this. Complete abuse of users' privacy. Privacy risks at the very least. Misleading claims or unethical, obviously. Poor customer experience, definitely.

I find the 2 review vs the rating of this site confusing. One of my primary uses of WOT is to help me determine whether to allow a script from the webpage I'm visiting to run on my computer. My NOSCRIPT add on to Firefox is set to block all scripts from running until I add them to my white list. One of the nice features to NOSCRIPT is that I can shift click on the website url and get a list of reports sights. WOT is one of these sights on the list. I frequently get confusing results from WOT vs the other reporting sights. This sight I'm checking on is one such sight that I'm getting confusing results on making is difficult to making a decision.
