They delete your account if you're inactive for several weeks. I worked really hard on one of my pirates and I have to redo it all over again. I also bought doubloons but that happened. I'm sorry if this hurts you, Puzzle Pirate fans. This is just my experience, not yours, and you shouldn't bother me just because of it.

One of the best games out there if you are an addicted puzzling fan. Puts you in a social network along with other puzzle-fanatics where you have to work together to achieve goals. One of the nicest gaming communities out there. Chat is censored (in a fun, piratey sort of way), but can be uncensored at the user's disposal. There is a moderator on every server 24/7, and there is always something fun to do when sailing the seas of puzzle pirates.

I've been banned from this game, and been told to contact support. No reply. I tried again, no reply. I tried again, this time they told me they won't unban me.

This game once banned me for spamming. I know that is fair but! It told me that i should write this thing after. I did and it said there was an error. I looked the text through several times and i tried again and again, but it allways said "Error" so i decided to wait until my ban was over. That was when i some months after tried to log in, it said that i had been IP BANNED for spaming once! That is my story of VERY bad customer experience. Else than that the game rocks. =3
