Nearly non-existent support for The Walking Dead. Many players are unable to start the game or save their progress. Telltale is just ignoring them. There are numerous threads about complaining to the Better Business Bureau. They release wonderful games, but don't know how to run customer support.

I have been playing walking dead the game I have a season pass I have gotten so far Episode 1 and Episode 2 so far. So I was going to the Walking Dead this Forum to read the comment from other who have play the game . I decided to make a comment of my own on the site but you have to register make a pass word to make comment so I click on the register button and I was REDIRECTED to another site where I got a malicious content alert. come on !!

Great site with great games. Has given a rebirth to Adventure games. Made by former staffs of LucasArts, Telltale is one of the best adventure gaming companies in recent years.

I can honestly say I've recieve 100% of everything I've ordered from them in quick time, & that I've never had to reinstall anything.

The mods play serious favorites on the forum. As long as you suck up to them you can get away with basically anything..... including incredibly unethical posts

Telltale releases very buggy games, and dealing with their customer support regarding these issues can be very hit-or-miss. I spent more than two months trying to get a refund for a game from them.
