This is a scam online streaming service site that is fraudulent. This site attempts to place a stealth charge on the unsuspecting mark's credit card by charging to cancel a "free" trial subscription or by automatically charging for a subscription. Very illegal. Site is a total scam. Why is a payment method required for "free" services? Nope, suggest that no one give any information. ***** The site owner is of course free to reply. It won't do any good. The goal of WOT is to show these scam site for what they are. The site owner (or representative) replied. Here are my thoughts/questions: "Thank you for contacting us". I didn't. "Donnaplay.com is a legitimate website." So far, I'm skeptical. "Credit card details allow us to check the age of the individuals." Why? It also allows unscrupulous people to add charges, which by all reports, this has happened more than once. "All available materials are only for those individuals who are over the age of 18." Why? Is there adult content on the site? "Furthermore, it allows us to check for card validation in case the member wants to purchase content in the future." Nonsense, what do other sites do? Not that. Why not wait until a purchase is made? Face it, we all know why you are collecting payment method information. Get real. Folks, head for the hills on this one.

Do not trust this website with any of your personal information! The "free" membership only lasts five days, billing continues automatically, and it can take up to 3 days for them to process your cancellation and if you're billed during that period, there are no refunds. You can request to have the cancellation processed sooner, but of course it costs money. As a sidenote, I was extremely annoyed that it redirected me to unicef to complete a donation and even though there were links to click no, the site gave me no other choice than to donate a dollar. If it was anything more than that, I would have called to complain but its not worth it. I just hope it's actually going to charity. I reported them to both the FCC and the FTC.

I have not signed to this fraudulent site, but every time when I try to sign into KAT I get their advert. I click them off, up it comes again every time I try to sign into KAT again. Ratbags. Obviously they are desperate for more customers. Would not recommend this site to anyone.

Wer diese Seite nutzt, stiehlt geistiges Eigentum und wird zudem noch abgezockt. The site is "phishing" for credit card under the pretext of "my address" , and secondly the Site provide downloads to books and films that were not approved by the author. Who uses this page, is stealing intellectual property and is also still getting ripped off.

I went to the site to find a rare piece of music. I fell for the" give us your CC#, we won't charge you unless authorize it" before I was allowed to search. I didn't find the music. Then my visa showed I had been given and charged for a premium membership!! not authorized by me. I cancelled as fast as I could. They charged me a dollar to cancel right away. BTW only 1 of the listed phone numbers worked. Apparently multiple businesses work from their physical address. What they did might be legal in small print but I feel totally scammed.

We were directed to this website from a link on a YouTube site. After signing up the movie was nowhere to be found. When I checked here (should have done that first), all indications are bad. Thankfully I use prepaid cards for web services. The downside is I had to cancel my card and they have absconded with my wife’s email address. Its ok though, any email we get from them will be registered as spam with google and all the other services like failtoban etc. I will follow up with YouTube customer service. If this is a US based company, there may be grounds for a Federal Trade Commission consumer fraud action. This old bait and switch tactic was outlawed decades ago.

Their site does not work and somehow, a game that I'm developing is included to their site under a paywall without my consent (the game is freeware by the way). It is shameful what this company is doing. I did a search on Google looking to watch "Alien" the original movie. I find a link, click it, and a big HD screen opens up as if a movie is about to play, complete with a "This Film Has Been Approved For All Audiences" Green screen. This should have tipped me off right away, because Alien is rated R. Well right away the screen pops up a button which reminds me that I have to "Log In" in order to continue streaming. This "log In" button, not surprisingly, leads to a typical Registration page. The problem is, DonnaPlay screams over and over that the site is free, that they only need credit card info to verify address, blah blah blah. So I give my credit card info, again where they keep saying $0 Free Membership. As soon as I am all signed up I go to DonnaPlay to find "Alien" and THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE MOVIE! I wouldn't have minded even paying a small fee to watch the movie, but they don't even have it! So now I have given my credit card info over to LIARS! Unbelievable how sites like this are so rampant! I am cautious, and have been on the Internet for 15 years, and these bastards GOT ME! I called their ***** and pressed 0 to talk to an agent. As soon as I got someone on the line I asked where they are located. She said India. I then proceeded to outline exactly what I was going to do to their company. I won't repeat what I said here. SCAM! STAY AWAY! They have NO GOOD CONTENT, only the same old tired crap you find on Netflix, except Netflix has about 20 times the content for much cheaper!!!

I wanted to download a video and got redirected to donnaplay, then I registed a free account on Donnaplay on August 31 2015. And they did not sent double check mail immediately until September 1st. And I did not find anything I want on ***** at all. Then I got the pay check from my credit card bank on October 15, listed Donnaplay Paid total US$7.5 for premium account . I was angry and cancelled the membership at the moment. No proper reply on contacting customer support so far,and they are holding my card information. And the most ridiculous thing is they are even charging US$0.99 for CANCELLATION fee???

TOTAL SCAM!!! Don't sign up not only do they take your money when they say they won't,( $100 nz dollars in my case) the downloads don't exist. You will get nothing! Then when you go to cancel the subscription they ask you to pay more for 'express cancellation' so you won't be charged more before the next billing. The cheek of it! I distrust so much I've cancelled and renewed my credit card.

I wanted live streaming of "French Open" tennis May 31 2015 and got redirected to donnaplay. Paid total ***** INR for premium access and immediately realized that there is no live streaming at all. Cancelled the membership next moment and was promised partial refund within few days, well its one month and no sign of money. No proper reply on contacting customer support. Also they are holding my card information and not cancelling my free membership. And the most ridiculous thing is they are even charging for "EXPRESS CANCELLATION". How weird it can get ??
