It is a very effective add-on/extension to your web browser has has some perks over its open-source competitor,AdBlockPlus (such as easier usability when blocking ads and elements), but also lacks in areas where AdBlock seems to function better (such as more seamless compatibility with YouTube). It's really a matter of personal preference. I use both interchangeably, depending on my browsing habits and computer performance.
As far as this site and its products go, however, it is completely safe and very useful. I highly recommend it.

Вот скажите, я делаю свой сайт. Размещаю там много полезной, авторской информации. Она находится в бесплатном доступе. Трачу кучу своего времени и деньги на оплату домена и хостинг. Доход с рекламы (3 блока на страницу) позволяет мне покрыть накладные расходы и заработать на черный хлеб с маргарином. А эти господа хотят убрать всю рекламу! В убыток работать не очень интересно. Думаю, не только мне. В итоге, со временем многие интересные сайты закроются. И вы, будете обозревать ГС, авторы которых обязательно найдут лазейку, чтобы впихнуть ХХХ-тизер.
