This site has a history of trying to install PUPs and other tricky malware exploits, however, at this time, the site is clean and works as intended and does download and convert videos submitted by URL, with no bait-and-switch tactics.
McAfee still has this on their blocklist, however this is out of date.

Do NOT trust this site! The first thing that happened was my antivirus instantly letting me know it blocked a trojan from there. And this happened first thing as I went on this site. Do NOT use this site, it's dangerous!

I went here to download my .mp3 file. Download worked, but only after 2 popups, one as another tab, and one as a box on the site. You can close out of both easily. When your file is finished being converted, you get taken to the download page, which, surprise surprise, it has advertisements all over, and some have women in skimpy clothes and bikinis. No full nudity, but definitely not for children to see.
