I cannot find any abuse reporting. Regularly receive spam with viruses hosted there. This latest one is an exe.. Direct exe. No zip "hiding" or anything.. A pure exe that is allowed to be downloaded by anybody.. A cloud backup website from Lenovo. It is a descent website which provides 5GB for free (maybe more with purchase of a Lenovo product but not sure). It has referral plans which fetch you more storage per referral. They also have a descent user interface and android app for ease.

Very useful tool! I liked it more than Dropbox partly because you can sync any folder on the harddrive instead of just the Dropbox folder. I moved to SugarSync after some of Dropbox's security scares, and SugarSync had more free storage available (at least at the time.) Customer service (specifically live chat) has always been courteous and responded to my issues satisfactorily.
