ViralURL is the main site and Vurl is an addition for Cloaking Affiliate links to stop those of you who steal affiliate commissions. Naturally theives would be Rating this Link/Website low and trying to get it shut down. That would enable more stealing, right. Yeah...Why don't I have trojans and viruses from signing in and out. My PC is quite protected, and it doesn't detect any viruses. I use some of the best anti-virus software, spyware, malware and other good stuff, so these software programs would know about any threats to my system.

This is part of Viralurl, it is part of their link cloaking service that is used to protect affiliate commissions. It also opens up another income stream. Powerful site

Vurl is a linkcloaker and advertising system. This always implies possibility of abuse (which is against their terms of service). But not ViralUrl is the bad site, and obviously illegal sites are banned from the service, when found out.
