Though more expensive than brick and mortar stores here in the Middle Atlantic US area, they do have many more styles and sizes available and, of course, free shipping is a huge plus. Hubby and son both wear large sizes 14EEEE and 13EEE and we can always find multiple styles and types of shoes for both of them. Their customer service is the absolute best I have ever experienced.

I truly enjoy going to the Zappos site and just browsing. As many have pointed out, the customer experience is top notch. Customer service is a dying goal among stores and Zappos not only works hard to make your purchase a pleasant experience, they have fun! Fast, free shipping, quality merchandise, friendly staff and no hassle returns. I'm a regular and will be unless things change.
