Received my cases and loved them! THEY ARE CUSTOM MADE AND WILL TAKE 6-8 weeks for delivery. Be patient it is worth it for the price. At this price I'm sure they are inundated with orders. Their site needs to change the delivery expectations. But come on people it's only about $20 not hundreds.

I ordered from this site then decided to read the reviews. Judging from the reviews I thought I wasn't going to receive my items or they would be crappy. Once I got the package I was excited the cases are great just the way they looked on the site ! It took about a month to get them with really no feedback except it'll be shipped within 3 weeks but that's it. Once they were shipped I got an email with tracking information & they were delivered before the scheduled date! I'm very pleased with this company and their products!

I believe this entire company is a big SCAM! I ordered my case over a month ago and have yet to receive any email confirmations. I have emailed and gotten responses that do not make any progress towards getting my case to me. I understand having to wait for a personalized item, but this is insane! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I ordered a snowman case for Christmas on November 29 and was then advised their cases take three weeks. I would still have it before Christmas, so fine. I received the case on January 12. They will not exchange the case due to their no-return policy, even though the company is at fault. At the three-week mark I asked if I could choose a different case. They asked me which case I wanted instead, and closed the email thread; however, I still got the snowman. This order also included a gift card that I intended as a Christmas gift.

Placed order, never received. Company sent tracking number and order confirmation that were fictitious. Tracking number states only that electronic delivery information has been received. It's been that way for two weeks. Now company is not responding to email. No other way to contact them. Very poor service and since my credit card was charged a month ago for merchandise not shipped or received, I believe this company is processing fraudulent orders.
