The Aboriginal Art Directory (AAD) is the largest online directory of Aboriginal artists and vendors. It includes an Aboriginal Art News section as well as a Gallery of artworks from Australia’s most successful Aboriginal artists, based on collectability and performance in the secondary art market. And supports artists from Aboriginal Art Centres. Together the AAD showcases the tremendous range and quality of Aboriginal artworks and the particular skills and qualities of each artist, including aspiring Aboriginal art enthusiasts who want to learn more about individual artists. The Directory itself includes thousands of Artists and several hundred listings of museums, art centres, galleries and other vendors. It does not endorse any one figure in the Aboriginal art industry and is a signatory of the Indigenous Art Code.
