Scam site. Inaccurate information; i.e. confusing two people of similar names (confusing father and son).  If you're looking for accurate information regarding a person, you had better look elsewhere.  They haven't done their homework. I did a search and found they listed ancient addresses, incorrect former addresses and emails, etc. They listed an address as current that hasn't been current for about 14 years.

The person identified as "B. Ray HORN" on a Google hit using that name is not of the age nor is or has been associated with any of the alleged addresses or other accompanying information. This site is a scam, nothing more, trying to maliciously and fraudulently lure people into paying some likely fee. [--BRH, 27 Aug 2013] Personal information on age, etc., is false.
