alza.czは安全ですか？

Alza has a broad range of electronics, which is a plus. However, my experience has been disappointing. Delivery times were slower than expected, and I found the customer service to be unresponsive. Improvements in shipping speed and support would really make a difference.

Alza is one of the leading electronics retailers in the Czech Republic…. But I don’t understand why. They offer paying with instalments, but I guess that’s the only advantage they provide. The prices are pretty high compared to other stores, and they are not even consistent in deliveries… delays are frequent. They just sold me a product that they didn’t have in stock, and now I am waiting for them to find it and hopefully deliver it a month after I make the purchase. This is not acceptable.

Last week ordered Epson WorkForce Pro WF5190 printer that retails in UK for about 340£. I only paid134£!!! minus 5£ when you sign up to their newsletter, plus they gave me 5 free packs of print paper and an additional black XL cartridge. It sounded to good to be true and I was a bit nervous about it. Communication from alza.cz was prompt as well as shipping with DPD free of charge. I received the order yesterday. Two large boxes all safe and sound. Printer is working (needed to speak to Epson support for help with set up and all is good now) Couldn't be happier and most grateful for for such a good deal, great service and all the free extras. I'll be back for more!!!
