After one-time request, they start calling 5 times per day despite I told them that I don't need tickets anymore. They use hundreds of outcoming phone numbers to not be cot and transfer your phone to another person in form. They NEVER transfer me to supervisor per my numbers of requests and refused to arise my phone number from there database. Annoying and disrespectful firm, never give them any info and don't do any business, you warned!

Used this service to book a flight. Don't know about customer service because they booked the flight and I had no trouble. So no reason to complain. The flight plan and tickets were no trouble. Overall I would say this is fine considering the price. Tickets are higher than published, but cheaper than the big guys on the net.

Be very careful with this site. Basiclly, the way it works is, they quote an impossibly low fare which does not include taxes or surcharges. You have to call to actually purchase, and when you call the final price will be much, much higher. Their salespeople have also been known to lie outright.
