Considering the amount of dangerous subdomains ever existed for a long time now, and the continous afinity for notorious cybercriminals to use this domain, I highly suspect the site owner to be part of this crime. A search for http://www.google.com/search?&q=%22bij.pl%22 reveals mostly spambot comments and fake subdomains of bij.pl redirecting visitors to malicious or fraudulent sites.
