I am sorry your experience was bad. Unlike many apps that will takeover your whole PC, Process Lasso makes no system setting modifications, does not inject inself into other processes, or make many changes at all. The things it does do are logged, and of a temporary nature. Uninstalling it removes everything. Of course, as with all software, do beware of pirated copies on the 'scene', as who knows what extra payload some of them may carry. The same goes for many rogue download sites. Be SURE to get our software from our web site. Also note that our installer is a SINGLE EXE in a ZIP file and is digitally signed by a certificate in our name. Using this information can help you ensure you got a real and unaltered copy, wherever it was retrieved from.

Bitsum Technologies is owned and operated by Jeremy Collake, a software engineer specializing in low-level system utilities and compression algorithms. Note that all the 'thumbs up' were lost on this description when I edited it. The thumbs down get retained on edit.

If every software developer were this dedicated and customer-friendly, the world would be a better place! He frequently adds features and improvements requested by the users of his forums and implements changes to increase his software's usability!
