In checking this link it says that Go Daddy owns it. I have purchased web domains from Go Daddy and they seemed to be fine. But this search engine kept coming up and until I deleted it I couldn't get my original back. As for viruses and malware I don't think I had it long enough to know. I went by WOTS and just deleted it.
