Had a return flight cancelled for which I was supposed to receive an Email with my options within 24hrs. Waited 2 days, no Email. Reached out and was told my case had to be escalated to a specialist and I'd get an Email within 24hrs. Waited 2 days, no Email. Reached out again, was told they had the wrong Email address on file and my case had to be escalated to a specialist and that I would get an Email within 24hrs. Waited 2 days, no Email. By now to replace the (normally $30) flight will be $140 and I don't expect to get any solution through eDreams. absolutely will never book through them again.

Auf dieser Seite ich versuchte den Flug bestellen und zahlen. Firma informirte, dass die Zalungen per PayPal akzeptiet jedoch 3 mal brauchte die Wiederholung des Zahlungsprozes. Am Ende informierte mich, dass die Zahlung per PayPal unmoeglich ist. Nach 3 Tage eDream versuchte ohne meine Genehmigung das Geld von PayPal abbuchen.
