I've ordered from Ethical Superstore a few times and have only returned because I can't source the product anywhere else. Each time the order has been late (over a week or more) and products have also been damaged in transit. I'd recommend they change couriers and additionally it would appear some of their customer service policies need revisiting.

I have to unsubscribe numerous times from this website. Also when I receive an email from them I always click "report spam" which does not work either. They have high prices for products which I could buy cheaper in a store. This does not make them ethical at all.
