Flickriver is yet another of the pernicious image hijacking sites, which have no original content and steal their picture links from legitimate picture resources - in this case Flikr - and so are massively and brazenly violating the copyright of all who created the images. ALL such sites are unscrupulous (otherwise they wouldn't do such things) and thus present a risk to their visitors of being directed to 'unsuitable' sites and having malware loaded onto their computers. They also pollute search engine listings in such a way as to destroy the traffic of the legitimate sites on which the original pictures are actually hosted.
